On Saturday, 26 October 2019, at night at 2:20, in Utenos district municipality, on Kupiškio street, at the junction with Vandenų street, a car hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of a car (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.87‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
