On Monday, 28 October 2019, at night at around 0:00, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Raseiniai–Šilinė national road (kilometre 9.64), a Ford Mondeo ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Ford (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
