On Wednesday, 6 November 2019, in the evening at around 21:00, in Panevėžys, on Žibučių street near No. 15, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra, a car and a Ford Focus. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Opel, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober.
