On Saturday, 9 November 2019, in the morning at 6:53, in Vilnius, on Plytinės street, at the junction with Baniškių autobusų stotelė street, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Citroen Saxo and a Solaris. Two people died — the 84-year-old driver of the Citroen (later died from the injuries) and a 77-year-old passenger of the Citroen (later died from the injuries). Both drivers were sober.
