On Tuesday, 12 November 2019, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr. near No. 8, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Porsche Cayenne Diesel, a Toyota Avensis and a Nissan Note. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Porsche (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, there was freezing rain, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
