On Wednesday, 13 November 2019, at night at 23:38, in Plungės district municipality, on A. Jucio street near No. 5, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He was drunk (1.66‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
