On Wednesday, 27 November 2019, in the evening at 21:37, in Vilnius, on Taikos street near No. 50, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Chrysler Voyager and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 62-year-old driver of the Chrysler, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
