On Saturday, 30 November 2019, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Vilnius, on Rugių street near No. 10, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Modus and a car. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the Renault (10 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet.
