Drunk Opel driver in crash with BMW on the Daugpilis–Rokiškis–Panevėžys road
On Friday, 6 December 2019, in the afternoon at 16:38, in Kupiškio district municipality, on the Daugpilis–Rokiškis–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 72.99), a head-on collision occurred.
