On Sunday, 8 December 2019, in the evening at 21:24, in Telšių district municipality, on Kęstučio street near No. 2B, a Ford Galaxy hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. The accident was caused by a 44-year-old pedestrian, who was crossing the carriageway in a built-up area outside a crossing where there is a median strip. He was drunk (2.11‰ blood alcohol).
