On Saturday, 14 December 2019, in the evening at around 20:00, in Panevėžys, on Nemuno street near No. 62, a bicycle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 54-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene.
