Drunk Smart driver and Volkswagen crash at Vilniaus and Pavasario streets, Šiauliai
On Saturday, 14 December 2019, at night at 23:27, in Šiauliai, on Vilniaus street, at the junction with Pavasario street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred.
