Drunk VTZ Vmtz tractor driver in crash with two other cars on the Joniškis–Žeimelis–Pasvalys road
On Wednesday, 18 December 2019, in the evening at 19:29, in Pakruojo district municipality, on the Joniškis–Žeimelis–Pasvalys national road (kilometre 35), a VTZ Vmtz T 25 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the VTZ Vmtz (20 years of driving experience), who violated vehicle-towing rules. He was drunk (1.98‰ blood alcohol). The 76-year-old driver of a Volvo V40 had no driving licence.
