On Friday, 27 December 2019, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Kaunas, on Medvėgalio street near No. 25, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Ford Fiesta. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
