On Saturday, 28 December 2019, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kaunas, on Vandžiogalos pl. near No. 4, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Seat Cordoba and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 92-year-old driver of the Seat (57 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
