On Thursday, 9 January 2020, in the evening at 20:34, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Šiaulių street, at the junction with Gedimino street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Dacia Logan, a MAN and a Wielton. Two people were injured — the driver of the Dacia (hospitalized) and the 60-year-old driver of the MAN (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the driver of the Dacia (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
