Unlicensed BMW driver in crash with Toyota at Liucijanavos g. and Vijūkų g., Kaunas
On Sunday, 26 January 2020, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kaunas, on Liucijanavos street near No. 40, at the junction with Vijūkų street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Toyota. One person was injured — the 52-year-old driver of the Toyota (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
