On Tuesday, 28 January 2020, at night at 23:01, in Rietavo municipality, Daugėdų village, on Minijos street near No. 16, a BMW rolled over. One person was injured — a 16-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.22‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
