On Sunday, 9 February 2020, in the evening at 17:30, in Zarasų district municipality, Tirylių farmstead, on the Zarasai–Mukuliai–Vencavai–Antalieptė regional road (kilometre 6), an Opel Astra-G-Caravan ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Opel (2 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
