On Sunday, 9 February 2020, in the morning at 6:28, in Prienų district municipality, on the Vilnius–Prienai–Marijampolė main road (kilometre 114.10), a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 315 CDI registered in Ukraine rolled over. Two people were injured — a 46-year-old passenger of the Mercedes-Benz (hospitalized) and a 48-year-old passenger of the Mercedes-Benz (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (20 years of driving experience), who was driving fatigued. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
