On Tuesday, 11 February 2020, in the evening at 22:25, in Vilniaus district municipality, Avižienių village, on Saulės street near No. 1, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 318 and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
