On Saturday, 22 February 2020, in the evening at 17:08, in Kauno district municipality, Radikių village, on Užupio street, at the junction with Bažnyčios street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and a Volkswagen. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Golf (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
