On Wednesday, 11 March 2020, at night at 0:55, in Ignalinos district municipality, on the Švenčionys–Mielagėnai–Andriejauka regional road (kilometre 20), a Land Rover Freelander rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Land Rover, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.88‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
