On Tuesday, 5 May 2020, in the morning at 10:55, in Vilnius, on Ateities street, at the junction with Geležinio Vilko street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320 and a Mercedes-Benz S350. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the BMW (13 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
