On Tuesday, 19 May 2020, in the evening at 21:30, in Kaunas, on Šiaurės pr., at the junction with V. Landsbergio-Žemkalnio street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Lancia Lybra and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Lancia, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
