On Friday, 29 May 2020, in the afternoon at 15:01, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 121.60), a Toyota Corolla Verso ran off the road. Three people were injured — the 34-year-old driver of the Toyota (hospitalized), a 2-year-old passenger of the Toyota (treated as an outpatient) and a 34-year-old passenger of the Toyota (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Toyota (16 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
