On Saturday, 13 June 2020, in the afternoon at 13:09, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Vilnius–Minskas main road (kilometre 11.13), a Saab 9-3 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Saab (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
