On Tuesday, 7 January 2020, in the morning at around 8:00, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Jonava–Kėdainiai–Šeduva national road (kilometre 45), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Renault Clio and a Subaru Impreza. One person was injured — the 51-year-old driver of the Subaru (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Renault (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
