On Sunday, 5 July 2020, in the morning at 7:20, in Kauno district municipality, Naujatriobių village, on the Raudondvaris–Naujieji Bernatoniai–Žemaitkiemis regional road, an Opel ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Opel (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.61‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
