On Tuesday, 7 July 2020, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Jonavos district municipality, on J. Ralio street near No. 1, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Saab and a bus. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Saab, who failed to give way when changing direction. He was drunk (2.89‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
