On Sunday, 26 July 2020, at night at around 2:00, in Klaipėda, on Kurpių street near No. 7, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and an Opel Astra Station Wagon. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
