Drunk, unlicensed moped driver in crash with MTZ tractor in Kairėnų village
On Saturday, 1 August 2020, in the evening at 18:55, in Vilniaus district municipality, Kairėnų village, on Kairėnų street, at the junction with Mokyklos street, a collision with a moped occurred. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of a moped, who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He was drunk (1.19‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
