On Monday, 3 August 2020, in the evening at around 18:00, in Vilnius, on Taikos street near No. 124, a collision with a motorcycle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo S80, a Yamaha and a Toyota Carina. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Volvo (2 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
