On Wednesday, 19 August 2020, in the evening at 17:50, in Klaipėda, on Kauno street near No. 9, a BMW 320 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
