On Saturday, 22 August 2020, at night at 23:50, in Plungės district municipality, on the Plungė–Vėžaičiai national road (kilometre 7.13), an Audi A6 Avant rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.68‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
