On Friday, 28 August 2020, in the afternoon at 15:20, in Kaunas, on Baltijos street, at the junction with Žemaičių pl., a DEN Oudsten hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 10-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the DEN Oudsten (30 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
