On Sunday, 30 August 2020, at night at 3:41, in Kretingos district municipality, on Šventosios street, at the junction with Žemaitės al., a BMW ran off the road. One person was injured — the 37-year-old driver of the BMW (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the BMW (16 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.33‰ blood alcohol).
