On Friday, 4 September 2020, in the afternoon at 15:40, in Visagino municipality, on Parko street near No. 14, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 406 and a Hyundai. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (3.23‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
