On Friday, 11 September 2020, in the afternoon at 14:50, in Kaunas, on Marijampolės pl., at the junction with Rykantų street, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Avensis Verso, a truck and a Honda Shuttle. Two people were injured — the 60-year-old driver of the Toyota (treated as an outpatient) and the 55-year-old driver of the Honda (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Toyota (15 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. All drivers were sober.
