Iveco and BMW crash at Islandijos pl. and Panerių g., Kaunas
On Thursday, 17 September 2020, in the morning at around 9:00, in Kaunas, on Islandijos pl., at the junction with Panerių street, on a bridge, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Iveco and a BMW 320. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Iveco (11 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
