Peugeot hits a pedestrian at a crossing at Vytauto g. and Liepų g., Garliava
On Tuesday, 22 September 2020, in the evening at 20:45, in Kauno district municipality, on Vytauto street, at the junction with Liepų street, a Peugeot 406 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 62-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the Peugeot (30 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
