On Wednesday, 23 September 2020, in the evening at 19:35, in Vilnius, on Džiaugsmo street near No. 28A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320D and a Volkswagen Touran. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the BMW. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
