On Friday, 25 September 2020, at night at around 3:00, in Kaunas, on Sukilėlių pr. near No. 116, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Fiat Punto registered in Denmark and a Toyota Sienna. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Fiat (4 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
