On Friday, 25 September 2020, in the evening at 21:30, in Kaunas, on Pašilės street near No. 84, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525, an Audi, an Audi A6, a Ford TRANSIT/TOURNEO, a Chevrolet and a Renault Megane Scenic. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.40‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 30 km/h.
