On Tuesday, 27 October 2020, in the evening at around 17:00, in Kaunas, on Ateities pl., at the junction with Vynvyčių skg., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra Sports Tourer and a Toyota Avensis. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Opel (26 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
