On Wednesday, 28 October 2020, in the afternoon at 11:53, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 298.75), a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road. One person was injured — a 3-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen (hospitalized). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene.
