On Sunday, 15 November 2020, at night at 0:06, in Kaunas, on R. Kalantos street near No. 153, a BMW 328 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (1.21‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
