On Tuesday, 19 January 2021, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Zarasų district municipality, on Šiaulių street near No. 54, a Volvo XC90 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Volvo (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (1.20‰ blood alcohol).
