On Tuesday, 9 February 2021, in the evening at 19:06, in Kaunas, on Karaliaus Mindaugo pr., at the junction with Birštono street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and an Iveco. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
