Drunk Volkswagen driver hits an obstacle at Vilniaus g. and Smėlynės g., Zarasai

No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (30 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
